About the Role

The Area Sales Manager I directs, controls, and effectively manages a van sales operation of sales areas in the assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume and margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume and margin.
• Achieve the budgeted volume and margin of Fresh, Foods, Juice and UHT products.
• Support delivery of the company’s targeted profit.
• Achieve distribution targets on a week-to-week basis across trade channels.
• Follow the recommended product portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share.
• Monitor and ensure product orders are in line with market demand.
• Control wastage and optimize sales.
• Ensure all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid financial loss.

Requirements

• Must be holding a bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years in FMCG sales management.
• Experience in leading large teams.
• Worked as a Manager for a sales sector.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and dealing with a high volume of numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
