The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the face of the company and the primary point of contact for everyone entering the building. The role manages day-to-day front desk and lobby operations, ensuring a seamless, secure, professional, and welcoming experience for guests, clients, and employees.

Site Civil Engineer - Substation / OHTL

The Site Civil Engineer will supervise civil construction works related to substations and overhead transmission line projects. The role requires strong experience in substation civil execution, specialized foundations, drainage and containment systems, quality assurance, testing, inspection, and coordination with electrical, mechanical, and GIS installation teams.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Supervise civil works specific to substations, including transformer bays, GIS buildings, control rooms, gantry foundations, and equipment support structures.
- Oversee heavy concrete pours for transformer foundations, firewall construction, cable trenches, and deep pile foundations.
- Manage installation of transformer oil pit containment systems, drainage networks, and oil-water separators.
- Review civil shop drawings, method statements, and Bar Bending Schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with grid owner standards and international design codes.
- Coordinate mandatory soil, concrete, and compaction testing.
- Prepare Inspection Requests for client approval.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and GIS installation teams.
- Ensure precise alignment of civil anchor bolts and cable penetrations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience strictly focused on civil construction of electrical substations or OHTL projects.
- Strong knowledge of substation civil execution and specialized foundations.
- Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, BBS, and inspection documents.
- Experience coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and GIS installation teams.
