Need Safety supervisor, Sr. Safety officer responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategies to address safety issues and insure compliance with relevant regulations.
Primarily focus on assessing and mitigating the hazard and risk at workplace.
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze safety data, conduct site assessments, and proposed innovative salutations to complex safety related challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and Implement Safety Policies:
Create and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure policies are in line with legal requirements an cold industry standards.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Safety Training:
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees. Ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Incident Investigation:
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes. Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance Monitoring:
Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform regular safety inspections and audits.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
Reporting:
Maintain records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training.Report safety performance to management and regulatory bodies.
Communication:
Communicate safety policies and updates to all levels of the organization. Foster a culture of safety and encourage employee participation in safety programs.
PPE Management:
Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).Monitor inventory and availability of PPE.
Regulatory Liaison:
Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies. Ensure timely compliance with new safety regulations and standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Review and improve safety procedures and practices continuously. Stay updated with the latest safety trends and technologies
