Marketing Executive - Tourism
- Work with marketing manager and content executives to deliver outbound marketing campaigns and event websites in line with strategic objectives.
- Build operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers).
- Ensure all tracking is in place (as per Informa guidelines) and that as much of the campaign can be attributed to a channel/activity as possible. Develop ways of incentivising/monitoring offline channel performance.
- Develop relationships with media, association, industry partners and social media influencers and sign contra agreements in line with campaign objectives. Coordinate with performance executive re deliverables for contras and partners once an agreement has been signed.
- Raise PO’s and maintain budget trackers.
- Appoint and manage external suppliers.
- Based on previous performance, work with CRO, and digital marketers to develop website content to maximise relevant traffic and conversion.
- Develop collateral (email, print, digital) as per the marketing plan.
- In collaboration with the marketing manager, develop Content Calendar through designated channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc) to engage and convert relevant audience.
SSC Finance Manager- KSA & Bahrain
- Operating and managing the Company’s bank accounts, including doing payments and all bank related activities such as deposits and getting services from the banks.
- Work with the SSC R2R team & the Business Finance Partners to ensure that the monthly close is completed accurately, balance sheet reconciliations are completed according to the Informa framework, and that all reporting is completed.
- Support in external audit and statutory reporting.
- Being the point of contact, and to maintaining the relationship with the external auditors, banks, and tax authorities in Saudi & Bahrain
- Assist in the accounting integration of new products into the SSC accounting structure and systems.
- Support with Ad hoc problems solving using knowledge of business and systems.
- Support in Tax & Compliance duties as required by your SSC and business. including discussions to resolve VAT & WHT related issues with the customers and vendors.
- Support the SSC O2C team in the collections from the government entities and ministries.
- Support the SSC P2P team in communicating with the local vendors, especially with local language requirements

تنفيذي تسويق - سياحة
- العمل مع مدير التسويق والمديرين التنفيذيين للمحتوى لتقديم حملات تسويقية خارجية ومواقع ويب للأحداث بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية.
- قم ببناء خطط التنفيذ التشغيلية وتأكد من الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية (بما في ذلك مخططات جانت وخطط الوقت والعمل وتقاويم المحتوى وأجهزة تعقب الميزانية).
- تأكد من أن جميع عمليات التتبع موجودة (وفقًا لإرشادات Informa) وأنه يمكن نسب أكبر قدر ممكن من الحملة إلى قناة/نشاط ما قدر الإمكان. تطوير طرق لتحفيز/مراقبة أداء القناة غير المتصلة بالإنترنت.
