Moroccan Bath - Female

• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, and product knowledge.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.

Information Systems Coordinator

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be an advantage. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Information Systems Coordinator in an operation with advanced technology. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Chef de Cuisine - Asian cuisine

Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems are preferred.

Director of Revenue

• Ideally with a university degree in Revenue or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Revenue, or Director of Sales in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Director of Revenue

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to function as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable.

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.

Director of Spa

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Spa Director is responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit.

 

Director of Programs

•  Minimum 3 years experience in a Programs Director role or similar 
•  Proven track record in creating and developing mindful and innovative health and wellness programs 
•  Comprehensive knowledge of health and wellness program operations, scheduling, and resource management 
•  Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences 
•  Up to date on current industry trends and best practices 

 

Director of Engineering

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and or Building Management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Director of Engineering, or Engineering Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Demi Chef Departie - Hot Kitchen Arabic (Transferable Iqama)

• Assists in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals

 Assistant Manager- Housekeeping ( Transferable Iqama )

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - or Team Leader - Housekeeping.
•  Good communication and customer relations skills.

 

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will be responsible to position the resort in the local and regional marketplace, while upholding and protecting the brand ethos through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives, resort products and services to ensure they align with the brand promise.
