Architect

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at ADAS & GABSON in Jeddah. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, permit drawings preperation, 3D visulization, BOQ, Specs Booklets, and overall project coordination. The Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design projects.

 Qualifications

1. Strong architectural design and Rendering skills
2. Knowledge and experience in Local Regulations and Code, Permit Requirement and preperation 
3. Ability to integrate multiple design components and systems
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
5. Proven track record in successful project coordination and execution
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills
7. Experience in CAD, BIM, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Ghraphic softwares and MS
8. Bachelor's degree in Architecture 
9. 2-5 years Experiance
