QDI Key Account Manager – Bioinformatics (Middle East)
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English essential.
- Proven Direct selling experience of Bioinformatics and/or NGS related solutions into the clinical, research and discovery informatics domains within Life Sciences and/or Clinical Diagnostics. This can include genomics related software products, instruments and reagents.
- Knowledge of NGS market such as genomics, molecular biology, OMICs technologies, experimental process and lab services, and downstream analysis and interpretation of genomics and sequencing data.
- An understanding and ability to participate in discussions around NGS data analysis, variant interpretation, gene expression, NGS sequencing, and genomics research and clinical studies.
- Familiarity with major commercial lab services providers, academic core labs and genomics institutes and their business and services models.
- Proven ability to negotiate contract terms and work effectively in a team with cross functions including marketing, product and support to support partnership. Experience developing sales plans with partners and assisting field marketing and sales relationship with partners.
- Ability to travel up to 60% across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Kuwait, Egypt and North Africa).
Key Account Manager LS (Saudi Arabia)
- Master's degree in molecular biology or molecular genetics is preferred.
- BSc degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a life science filed.
- High knowledge in molecular biology; DNA & RNA sample preparation, (q)PCR products, digital PCR Technology, PCR Set-up and liquid handling, Quality Control & Fragment Analysis and Next Generation Sequencing.
- Sales experience in Life Science business in Saudi Arabia especially universities.
- Strong experience in the sales operation.
- Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to travel time > 70% of the working time.
- Expert in using CRM systems i.e. Salesforce.com
- Advance knowledge and experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.

- معرفة عالية في البيولوجيا الجزيئية. إعداد عينات الحمض النووي الريبي (DNA) والحمض النووي الريبي (RNA)، ومنتجات (ف) PCR، وتقنية PCR الرقمية، وإعداد PCR ومعالجة السوائل، ومراقبة الجودة وتحليل الأجزاء وتسلسل الجيل التالي.
- خبرة في المبيعات في مجال علوم الحياة في المملكة العربية السعودية وخاصة الجامعات.
- خبرة قوية في عملية المبيعات.
