Accountant
- To follow the established procedures for reconciling and offsetting the receipts from Tenants ( by direct deposits to company account, Ejar or payment Gateway) and offset any outstanding balance in our systems.
- Monitor customer account details for invoice due, Credit limits, Follow up of payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- To follow up the collection and to make sure that the all incoming payments are allocated against the invoices on a regular basis.
- To get the statement of accounts of Tenant regularly, reconcile the accounts and ensure any disputed invoices or unallocated payments are followed up with the concerned internal dept and resolved without any delay
- At the end of the month, calculate the provision against overdue receivable as per company credit policy and to prepare a journal entry for revising the provision.
- Filing and Najiz execution order against any overdue customer as per the collection and set our terms
Internship - Product Management
- Collaborate on product development projects, from ideation to launch.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of product goals.
- Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of product documentation, including user stories and specifications.
