Document and Archives Analyst

Tasks and responsibilities:

•  Work on organizing documents according to the classification plan and identifying the topics and classifications that the documents address. 
•  Review and correct data of documents entered into the database. 
•  Receiving and delivering documents from the Authority’s departments and branches according to the instructions regulating this. 
•  Preparing, scanning, classifying and coding documents for electronic scanning. 
•  Participate in preparing and developing guides for classifying documents and archives according to their content and participate in classification and coding procedures. 
•  - Follow up on the electronic document management system with departments, and participate in its development. 
•  -Follow up on the procedures for maintaining and restoring documents and archives. 
•  - Preparing and coordinating public education and awareness programs that aim to train the Authority’s employees to use documentation efficiently and to enhance documentary awareness. 
•  - Preparing specialized documents and reports, presenting appropriate recommendations and solutions, presenting, explaining and storing them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. 

Senior Personal Data Protection Specialist

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitoring the Authority’s compliance with the regulations, rules and policies related to the protection of personal data.
•  Conducting investigations into non-compliance with regulations, rules and policies related to the protection of personal data and preparing related reports.
•  Support and advise the Data Office Manager and those involved in processing personal data.
•  Assisting personnel who process personal data in connection with the impact assessment process.
•  Support the Data Office Manager at the Authority in coordination with the National Data Management Office regarding issues related to the processing of personal data.

 

Minimum qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in one of the following specializations:
•  Law and preferably with knowledge of data management, governance and personal data protection

محلل وثائق و محفوظات

المهام والمسؤوليات:

•  العمل على تنظيم الوثائق وفقاً لخطة التصنيف وتحديد الموضوعات والتصنيفات التي تعالجها الوثائق. 
•  مراجعة وتصحيح بيانات الوثائق المدخلة في قاعدة البيانات. 
•  استقبال وتسليم الوثائق من إدارات وفروع الهيئة بحسب التعليمات المنظمة لذلك. 
•  تجهيز الوثائق المعدة للمسح الإلكتروني، ومسحها ضوئيا، وتصنيفها، وترميزها. 
•  المشاركة في إعداد وتطوير أدلة تصنيف الوثائق والمحفوظات حسب مضمونها والمشاركة في إجراءات التصنيف والترميز. 
•  -متابعة نظام إدارة الوثائق الالكتروني مع الإدارات، و المشاركة في تطويره. 
•  -متابعة إجراءات صيانة وترميم الوثائق والمحفوظات. 
•  -إعداد وتنسيق برامج التعليم و التوعية العامة التي تهدف إلى تدريب موظفي الهيئة على استخدام التوثيق بكفاءة عالية و إلى تعزيز الوعي الوثائقي. 
•  -إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة والحلول الملائمة وعرضها وتوضيحها وحفظها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة. 

أخصائي أول حماية البيانات الشخصية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• مراقبة امتثال الهيئة للأنظمة واللوائح والســـياســـات المتعلقة بحماية البيانات الشخصية.
•  إجراء التحقيقــات المتعلقــة بعــدم الامتثــال للأنظمــة واللوائح والســـــيـاســـــات الخـاصـــــة بحمـايـة البيـانـات الشخصية وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بذلك.
•  دعم مــدير مكتــب البيــانــات والعــاملين على معــالجـة البيانات الشخصية وتقديم الاستشارات لهم.
•  مســاعدة العاملين على معالجة البيانات الشــخصــية فيما يتعلق بإجراء تقييم الأثر.
•  دعم مـدير مكتـب البيانات في الهيئة بـالتنســـــيق مع مكتـب إدارة البيانات الوطنية فيمـا يـخـص الـقضـــــــايـــا المـتـعـلـقـــة بـمـعـــالـجـــة الـبـيـــانـــات الشخصية.

 

الحد الأدنى من المؤهل:

• بكالوريوس كحد أدنى في أحد التخصصات التالية:
•  قانون ويفضل أن يكون لديه إلمام بمجال إدارة البيانات وحوكمتها وحماية البيانات الشخصية
