Port Captain
- Ensure vessels budgets are followed in connection with food provisions and housekeeping purchase products
- Liaise with Captains and Crew establishing and maintaining positive communication between vessel and office staff, promoting the safety and well-being of Seafaring personnel and property on a day to day basis.
- Conduct thorough technical interviews of deck officer candidates, selecting suitable crew for assigned vessels
Project Manager - Warehousing
- Adhere to the launch governance/approach with a focus on working closely together (in-tandem) with the Ops Launch Leads/Site Manager elect for Greenfield locations or with the Site Manager of existing operations.
- Ensuring that the Project Expenditure Approval Requests (EAR’s) for launch resource costs and new capital expenditure are well documented and presented to the Executive for approval.
- Ensuring that the project team assigned is strong enough and well qualified to implement the project in question. Should this not be the case it is expected that the Project Manager would escalate this accordingly for input and support.
Operations Manager - Warehousing
- Responsible for ensuring all KPI’s & SLA’s and internal checklists are met or exceeded with particular emphasis on productivity, quality, Client Metrics, Direct Labor Cost & Kronos metrics. This includes monitoring adherence to agreed Corporate Security Guidelines (XSSR) and dock security issues for those locations where these guidelines are applicable.
- Responsible for providing effective leadership to the Warehouse Managers and/or team, enforcing company standards, act as a role model.
- Interviewing, coaching, training, monitoring and appraisal of direct reports (including disciplinary procedures, sickness management, vacation management, business continuity and succession planning – (all in accordance with company policy and procedures).
Sales Executive - Riyadh (Freight Forwarding)
- Freight Forwarding – Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Execution Sales Skills – Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
- Agile Skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
- Computer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint4
Operations Manager - Warehousing

Financial Accountant
- Assist in preparation of accurate vessel and company budgets, forecasts and report result to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts (Intercompany entries, journal entries, P&L cost analysis, balance sheet schedules, variance analysis etc.)
- Assist with the maintenance of relevant financial systems and their integrity.
- Assist with ensuring compliance to local taxes (WHT, CIT, VAT) and prepare monthly Saudi tax compliance report.
- Assist with the management of internal and external audits, audit requests, also provides necessary supporting.
