•  يحضر حوادث الطوارئ التي تحدث داخل جامعة الملك عبد العزيز للعلوم الصحية بما في ذلك الحرائق وانسكابات/مخاطر المواد الخطرة.
•  يقوم بفحص الموقع والتحقق منه بعد التعامل مع الحادث وإبلاغ النتائج إلى المسؤول الأعلى المعين.

المشرف على خدمات الترفيه للموظفين - (SA)

• يشرف على العمليات اليومية لمجمع الترفيه والرياضة للموظفين.
•  تخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ الأنشطة الترفيهية والرياضية المختلفة التي تلبي احتياجات المشاركين / أعضاء مجمع الخدمات الترفيهية والرياضية للموظفين.
•  التأكد من صيانة المرافق والمعدات وتنظيفها بشكل صحيح وفي حالة تشغيلية جيدة وآمنة.

مفتش الحريق (SA)

• - إجراء عمليات تفتيش متعمقة للوقاية من الحرائق، والإبلاغ عن أوجه القصور وانتهاكات التعليمات البرمجية فيما يتعلق بمخاطر الحرائق، والأسلاك الكهربائية، ودوائر التحميل الزائد، وتخزين المواد القابلة للاشتعال، والتخلص من النفايات القابلة للاشتعال، والتخزين، والتدبير المنزلي.
• - الفحص للتأكد من الامتثال لجميع قوانين ومعايير الجمعية الوطنية للحماية من الحرائق (NFPA) ذات الصلة أو المعايير المماثلة.
• - إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية وعمليات التفتيش على أنظمة الكشف عن الحرائق والإنذار، ونظام إخماد الحرائق الثابت، وطفايات الحريق المحمولة لضمان استيفاء المعايير والحفاظ عليها.

كبار الدعم الفني

•  يضمن أن جميع عمليات إعداد / تشغيل المعدات التقنية وتركيبها وصيانتها لوظيفة الجامعة قد تمت معالجتها وإكمالها بنجاح.
•  يضمن تقديم وتحليل الوثائق والتعليقات الأساسية للمعدات والخدمات المقدمة والحوادث وتقارير الاستخدام.
•  مراقبة مخزون المعدات واللوازم والأجهزة.

الدعم الفني I

• يضمن الإعداد السليم وتشغيل المعدات التقنية وتركيب وصيانة التطبيقات في الجامعة.
•  استكشاف المشكلات الشائعة وإصلاحها وتوجيه العملاء نحو القسم المناسب إذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من المساعدة
•  إجراء جرد مجدول للمعدات والأجهزة واللوازم.
•  يعمل على تحسين أداء النظام من خلال حل المشكلات والتوصية بالتغييرات الفعالة
• يوفر الدعم الفني للطلبات باستخدام الأدلة لتشخيص وإجراء الإصلاحات وتحديد المشكلات والبحث عن الحلول بالإضافة إلى مساعدة المستخدم النهائي في استخدام التكنولوجيا.

منسق تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• يضمن فعالية عمليات دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأي مشاريع ذات صلة.
• - مسؤول عن إدارة نظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأمن والتحديثات.
• يراقب ويتحكم في أداء وحالة موارد تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• - التنسيق مع الإدارات ذات الصلة لضمان تقديم الخدمات المقدمة بشكل صحيح.
• إنتاج وتقديم تقارير شهرية عن أداء تكنولوجيا المعلومات بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز للعلوم الصحية.
