- SEPAM is building a project team for an exciting Offshore project on the worlds largest offshore oil field in the world. The Safaniya oil field is located in the north-west corner of the Arabian Gulf, approximately 260 kilometers north of Dhahran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and is owned and operated by the country’s energy heavyweight, Aramco.
Job Opportunity
We are hiring a Safety Officer to work Offshore on this exciting project and be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all Aramco amd EHS legislation locally and internationally for a project of this size & scale
- Preparation of Job Specific Safety Plans & RAMS
- Employee Safety Induction & Safety Training Reviews
- Conducting site audits and carrying out inspections as directed by Safety Manager
- Ensuring that record of statutory inspections is kept for all activities and plant equipment
- Delivering and completing statutory notifications to the local Health & Safety Authority for the project and all incident / accident reporting and to conduct inspector site visits as required by the Health & Safety Authority
- Ensuring sub-contractor safety statements and required Method statements are available on site and assess sub-contractors, assisting where required
- Advising / assisting Site Management in drafting and communicating Method Statements
- Compiling, updating and communication site Emergency Plans
- Conducting preliminary accident investigations and statutory notifications
Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of safety experience, Safety Officer, specific to the contract's scope of work (offshore).
- Must have NEBOSH IGC certification
- Valid BOSIET certificate
- Aramco Approvals (preferred)
- Valid H2S
- Offshore Experience of 1year+
Barge Foreman
- Oversee and manage all barge operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Supervise and direct the activities of the barge crew, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of barge equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all activities comply with ARAMCO standards and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily operations and incidents.
- Respond to emergencies and provide effective leadership in crisis situations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident work environment.

فرصة عمل
نقوم بتعيين موظف سلامة للعمل في الخارج في هذا المشروع المثير ويكون مسؤولاً عن:
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع تشريعات أرامكو والبيئة والصحة والسلامة محليًا ودوليًا لمشروع بهذا الحجم والنطاق
- إعداد خطط السلامة الخاصة بالوظيفة وRAMS
- مراجعات التدريب على سلامة الموظفين والتدريب على السلامة
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق الموقع وإجراء عمليات التفتيش حسب توجيهات مدير السلامة
- التأكد من الاحتفاظ بسجل عمليات التفتيش القانوني لجميع الأنشطة ومعدات المصنع
- تسليم واستكمال الإخطارات القانونية إلى هيئة الصحة والسلامة المحلية للمشروع وجميع تقارير الحوادث / الحوادث وإجراء زيارات موقع المفتش كما هو مطلوب من قبل هيئة الصحة والسلامة
- التأكد من توفر بيانات سلامة المقاول من الباطن وبيانات الطريقة المطلوبة في الموقع وتقييم المقاولين من الباطن، والمساعدة عند الاقتضاء
- تقديم المشورة / مساعدة إدارة الموقع في صياغة وتوصيل بيانات الطريقة
- تجميع وتحديث والتواصل خطط الطوارئ للموقع
- إجراء التحقيقات الأولية في الحوادث والإخطارات القانونية
المعرفة والخبرة
- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال السلامة، ضابط سلامة، خاص بنطاق عمل العقد (في الخارج).
- يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة NEBOSH IGC
- شهادة BOSIET صالحة
- موافقات أرامكو (مفضل)
- H2S صالح
- خبرة خارجية لمدة سنة فما فوق
فورمان البارجة
- الإشراف على جميع عمليات البارجة وإدارتها، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة طاقم البارجة وتوجيهها، وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والمعايير التشغيلية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة وصيانة معدات وآلات البارجة.
- التأكد من امتثال جميع الأنشطة لمعايير أرامكو واللوائح الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات وتقارير دقيقة للعمليات والحوادث اليومية.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ وتوفير القيادة الفعالة في حالات الأزمات.
- تنفيذ وإنفاذ بروتوكولات السلامة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث.
