Data Operations Specialist
- To conduct and support the effective operation of core data ensuring the excellence of the alignment, integrity and integration between core system team, application development team and data platform team as well as keeping customer data operation maintained.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Day- to-day operations
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Duties
- Work to make sure that secured core data system processes are running well both in data collection, integration & processing of core data systems.
- Conduct and monitor and assure quality & security of the core data systems and core data integration.
- Work in the QoS, user support, help desk & troubleshooting of core data systems and data integration application as well as core data.
- Work in technical improvements & cascading to the development teams of core data and data integration application.
- Knowledge transfer of core data systems and data integration application.
- Work in other duties & projects as needed.
Reporting
- Work in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Related Assignments
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed by the Department Head

- إجراء ومراقبة وضمان جودة وأمن أنظمة البيانات الأساسية وتكامل البيانات الأساسية.
- العمل في جودة الخدمة ودعم المستخدم ومكتب المساعدة واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة البيانات الأساسية وإصلاحها وتطبيق تكامل البيانات بالإضافة إلى البيانات الأساسية.
- العمل في التحسينات التقنية والتتالي لفرق تطوير البيانات الأساسية وتطبيق تكامل البيانات.
- نقل المعرفة لأنظمة البيانات الأساسية وتطبيق تكامل البيانات.
- العمل في واجبات ومشاريع أخرى حسب الحاجة.
إعداد التقارير
- العمل على إعداد تقارير SIMAH الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات الشركة والقسم والسياسات والمعايير.
السلامة والجودة والبيئة
- يتوافق مع جميع سياسات وإجراءات وضوابط إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
