Security Engineer (IAM/PAM)

• Mid-level knowledge of security principles such as confidentiality, integrity and availability
• Understand the principles of application security testing
• Assist with the implementation of security testing tools and processes within the cloud infrastructure
• Experience with IAM, PAM and Vulnerability Management tools
• Familiar with zero-trust, need-to-know, RBAC, least-privileges cybersecurity principles

• Promote service ownership by establishing a solid Service Portfolio Management process.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of a reporting framework, including the analysis and administration of SLM tools, to monitor key performance indicators of the service delivery

ITIL Service Architect

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced ITIL certifications (e.g., ITIL v4 Foundation, ITIL Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on service architecture and design within an ITIL framework.

• Drive successful relationships with key customer stakeholders supported by the practice (acting as a key POC for escalations).

• Identify opportunities for improvement with the customer, the team and Rackspace and own the outcomes for those improvements.

Technical Trainer - DevOps  

• May speak at conferences

Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer

• Develop and deliver software required for building & improving the functionality, reliability, availability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms using a DevOps model for On-Prem (OpenStack and Kubernetes)
• Automate the development, testing, and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab, Helm, ArgoCD) to deliver to different architectures
• Work with Tier 1 support on system and customer escalations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, applications, workloads, and networks

 Elastic Stack Engineer  

• In-depth understanding of Elasticsearch indexing, search, and aggregation

• Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Logstash pipelines
• Proficiency in handling data transformation, filtering, and enrichment
