Technical Trainer - DevOps
- Develop recommendations and proposals for new technical programs, courses, solutions, etc. Including fully coherent business outcomes analysis aligned to and/or based on business Objectives and KPI’s.
- Build and deliver proposed courses/solutions on or before target deadlines.
- Deliver core Rackspace University courses.
- Active in social networks and social media and shares awareness of emerging trends in learning and technology.

- Knowledge of Software Defined Storage systems such as Ceph
- Proficiency in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Strong understanding of containerization concepts, Docker, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud-native principles and microservices architecture.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing support role
- Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) would be preferred.
Security Architect
- Proven experience as a Security Architect, specifically focusing on private cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security concepts, practices, and technologies, including virtualization, network security, access controls, and data protection.
- Extensive knowledge of application security, API Security, Secure CI/CD pipeline, Microservices architecture, DevSecOps tooling including AST, SCA, container runtime, and IaC.
- Proficient in secure coding practices, cloud security and data privacy.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization mechanisms in the context of private cloud environments.
- Experience in building and implementing security processes, policies, and compliance procedures within private cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing in private cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
