Required jobs in NESR  company and their details:

Supervisor Level III (Wireline)

Responsibilities:

•  Interacts with the client supervisor and organizes work schedule for the job to be performed.
• Ensures that people, equipment, and materials are ready and delivered to the location in a timely manner as required by the client.
• Participate in QHSE reporting system (2 HSE reports /month and 1 SQ report/month)
• Executes successful jobs according to design and client specifications.
• Ensures that all phases of treatment are carried out in a safe, efficient, and professional manner by follow predefined policies and procedures and make sure the activities carried out are in compliance with the company’s and clients QHSE policies whichever more comprehensive.
• Supervises the maintenance of assigned job equipment and make sure the inspection is carried out according to the company standards.
• Assists Cell Leader in preparing performance evaluations for assigned personnel (sub-ordinates)

Wireline Engineer I (Field Engineer)

Responsibilities:

•  Plan and prepare for well site operations.
• Supervises Junior Field Engineer and Operator crews in the preparation of the unit and calibration of equipment.
• Conduct Wireline well site operations to the satisfaction of customer at well site.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.
• Assures adherence to all safety regulations.
• Fosters and maintains customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all logging operations.
• Informs customers of any unusual conditions noted at the well, maintains direct contact with customer's representatives throughout the logging or completion operation; interprets common services in the assigned service area for customers.

Wireline Engineer III

Responsibilities:

•  Plan and prepare for well site operations.
• Supervises Junior Field Engineer and Operator crews in the preparation of the unit and calibration of equipment.
• Supervises the operation of a Wireline service unit to maintain a high standard of efficiency and quality.
• Interprets job results for customer personnel and recommends services best suited to customer needs.
• Trains and develops assigned field crew by on-the-job training to maintain a high degree of field crew efficiency and to prepare personnel for advancement.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.
• Assures adherence to all safety regulations.
• Fosters and maintains customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all logging operations.

• تنفيذ أعمال ناجحة وفقًا للتصميم ومواصفات العميل.
• ضمان تنفيذ جميع مراحل العلاج بطريقة آمنة وفعالة ومهنية من خلال اتباع السياسات والإجراءات المحددة مسبقًا والتأكد من أن الأنشطة التي يتم تنفيذها تتوافق مع سياسات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء أيهما أكثر شمولاً.
• يشرف على صيانة المعدات المخصصة للعمل ويتأكد من إجراء التفتيش وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.

مهندس خطوط الأسلاك الأول (مهندس ميداني)

• يشرف على مهندسي الميدان المبتدئين وطواقم المشغلين في إعداد الوحدة ومعايرة المعدات.
• إجراء عمليات موقع البئر السلكية بما يرضي العميل في موقع البئر.
• يحافظ على المعرفة بأحدث التغييرات التكنولوجية وإجراءات التشغيل المتعلقة بمعدات الشركة وأدواتها وممارساتها لضمان أقصى قدر من كفاءة التشغيل.
• ضمان الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة.
• تعزيز وصيانة علاقات العملاء من خلال إنشاء صورة إيجابية والثقة في جودة الخدمات وضمان سرية جميع عمليات التسجيل.
• يُعلم العملاء بأي ظروف غير عادية يتم ملاحظتها في البئر، ويحافظ على الاتصال المباشر مع ممثلي العملاء طوال عملية التسجيل أو الاستكمال؛ يفسر الخدمات المشتركة في منطقة الخدمة المخصصة للعملاء.

مهندس خطوط الأسلاك الثالث

المسؤوليات:

•  التخطيط والإعداد لعمليات موقع البئر.
• يشرف على مهندسي الميدان المبتدئين وطواقم المشغلين في إعداد الوحدة ومعايرة المعدات.
• يشرف على تشغيل وحدة خدمة الخطوط السلكية للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة والجودة.
• يقوم بتفسير نتائج العمل لموظفي العملاء ويوصي بالخدمات الأكثر ملاءمة لاحتياجات العملاء.
• يقوم بتدريب وتطوير طاقم الميدان المخصص من خلال التدريب أثناء العمل للحفاظ على درجة عالية من كفاءة طاقم الميدان وإعداد الموظفين للتقدم.
