Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence: Play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
2. Culinary Preparation: Prepare high-quality ingredients with precision and care, contributing to our signature gourmet offerings.
3. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels to ensure fresh supplies and minimize waste.
4. Order Packaging: Carefully package orders, ensuring they meet FAO’s standards of quality and presentation.
5. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, packaging, and storage areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: Prior experience in fast-paced catering or restaurant environments, with a proven track record of handling high-volume orders.
2. Catering-Specific Skills: Preference for candidates with a background in catering services.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic or English is highly desirable, enhancing communication with our diverse clientele.
4. Ability to navigate and efficiently use delivery and order management applications such as Jahez and HungerStation.
5. Ability to make catering products (Salads, …., etc.)
