CCU/ICU STAFF NURSE
- 1.Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development
- 2.Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements
- 3.Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards
- 4.Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families
- 5.Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records

Customer Service Officer
- Responsible for opening files for new patients.
- Responsible for making patient appointments (including cancellations and rescheduling).

- Responsible for checking that all valid documents are current, available and scanned into the system including insurance approvals.

Quality Patient Safety Officer
- Actively contributes to periodic environmental round and to tracers activities as decided by QRM director and risk manager
- Actively contributes to performance improvement activities in the institution as directed by QRM director
- Maintains confidentiality with regards to any information exchanged or received in the current capacity of role in accordance with the policy.
- Observes opportunity for improving the quality of performances of the existing system and suggest plans for improvement.
Senior Employee Relations Officer
1-Completes of a range of functions which may include health insurance cover and life insurance, employment certificates, disciplinary issues.
2- Review insurance invoices, data and make sure all records are accurate
3-Ensures all assigned responsibilities are completed within established time frames.
4-Work with the Employee relations manager when the medical and life insurance policies to renew prior the expiry
5-Acts as a resource for DSFHemployees concerning all employee relations processes.
6-Maintains accurate and comprehensive records.
7-Constantly looks for better ways of performing and makes recommendations to Executive Director for change.
Patient Care Assistant
1. Performs direct nursing tasks including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living and hygiene needs and obtaining certain lab specimens
2.Assesses patients and charts their findings on the system. Reports any abnormalities to Staff nurse or physician.
3.Maintains patient safety and preserves patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
4.Serves, manages, and supports internal and external customers
5.Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of nursing sensitive patient care indicators, especially the required interventions for preventing patient falls, decubitus ulcers, infections, and the use of restraints
6.Takes appropriate action in urgent or unexpected situations within the scope of routine
7.Maintains stringent levels of asepsis through the demonstration of good infection control practices and maintaining clean and safe environment
8.Prepares equipment and assists physicians during minor procedures
9.Accompanies the patient and assists in admission process if required. The PCA may also transfer patients or direct them as to where they are going or need to go
