Soft Services - Coordinator
- Conduct regular site inspection to ensure service levels are met
- Conduct regular TBTs for the supervisors.
- Assure compliance to approved operations plan.
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting to line manager
- Handling day to day operational strategies
- Necessary coordination with other departments for smooth operations.
- Receive, handle and assure completion of requests received via several channels CAFM, email or call.
- Handle clients’ requests, inquiries and complaints.
- Follow-up with line manager in case of complaints until problem is resolved.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
- Responsible for SOP and MSDS training to the respective employee and provide records.
- Ensuring strict compliance to QHSE policy and procedures.
- Ensure availability of stock for all cleaning items, tools, equipment and consumables in the site store.
- Knowledge about the CAFM (Corrective/ Reactive and PPM work orders).
- Strong command on Microsoft office.
- English is must, Arabic will be value added

- المتابعة مع المدير المباشر في حالة وجود شكاوى حتى يتم حل المشكلة.
- التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والصرف الصحي في جميع المجالات.
- مسؤول عن تدريب SOP وMSDS للموظف المعني وتوفير السجلات.
- ضمان الامتثال الصارم لسياسة وإجراءات QHSE.
- التأكد من توافر المخزون لجميع مواد التنظيف والأدوات والمعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية في متجر الموقع.
- المعرفة حول CAFM (أوامر العمل التصحيحية/التفاعلية وPPM).
- أمر قوي على مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- اللغة الإنجليزية أمر لا بد منه، وستكون اللغة العربية ذات قيمة مضافة
