As a Chinese Communication Specialist, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing communication channels, fostering engagement, and building relationships with our Chinese-clients. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication strategies tailored to the Chinese expatriate community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies targeted at the Chinese expatriate audience.
- Create engaging and culturally relevant content for various platforms, including social media, forums, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement within the Chinese expatriate community.
- Provide support for customer inquiries and feedback in Chinese, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin). (Proficiency in English is ideal).
