BIM Specialist (Wet Utilities)
- Ensure proper implementation of BIM delivery throughout the design stage and engage with the project teams to achieve integral implementation of BIM within design functions.
- Manage the project information exchange platforms and implement a project-specific Common Data Environment (CDE) including information exchange workflows and processes.
- Implement a proper BIM setup for BIM coordination processes including model setup and clash detection and mitigation processes using internal CDE and engaging BIM and design teams from different stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly BIM progress and performance reporting by implementing interactive dashboards using information intelligence tools such as Power-BI.
Risk Manager
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management for large-scale infrastructure or mega projects, preferably in the transportation sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Certifications: Certified Risk Management Professional (RMP) and ISO 31000 or AS4360 certification.
Commercial Manager
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC).

- The BIM Lead will be responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards.
