Oversees and provides guidance to projects pertaining to asset handover, maintenance readiness and integration requirements for handover of new or altered rolling stock assets.
Supports outgoing fleet de/commissioning activities and establishes optimum set de/commissioning sequencing with consideration to asset condition, performance, and maintenance demand.
