Main Purpose of Job

Responsible of all procurement activities from sourcing, and close-out to maintain a strong relationship with third parties while protecting Saudi Equestrian Events Company legally and financially through standardized methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

Review procurement documents and prepare purchase orders

Negotiate contracts/functions with suppliers

Develop and implement policy within the procurement department

Monitor supplier performance

Meet with suppliers when needed

Understand, analyze, and evaluate enterprise-wide procurement requirements for products and services
