Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate freelance chef who specializes in Thai, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. This is a temporary position with a focus on creating and refining recipes for our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing dishes that capture the essence of each cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine authentic recipes for Thai, Indian, and Chinese dishes
Collaborate with suppliers in Thailand, India, and China to source high-quality ingredients
Ensure consistency and quality in the preparation of dishes
Conduct tastings and make necessary adjustments to meet our standards
Work closely with our culinary team to integrate recipes into our cloud kitchen menu
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic or English (both would be a plus):
Proven experience as a freelance chef specializing in Thai, Indian, and Chinese cuisines
