Role Description
Develop and maintain new relationships within the commercial construction community. Master the construction sales process. Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project. Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
Experience in the real estate or construction industry
