We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Saudi Arabian Administrative and Facility Supervisor to oversee production and planning during the construction phase of our factory.
The new company in Saudi will be the manufacturing center in Middle East and Africa to supply this huge market which have 50GW volume in the next 5 years. Total 8GW yearly capacity will be planned in this new plant. Whole project includes 3 phases, it will produce the main structure parts of our tracking system.

Procurement Manager
Responsibilities
Global resources integration, according to different categories, price comparison and summary, to provide the marketing team with the optimal supply solution.
Responsible for international raw material supplier management, including international raw material price trend tracking, strategic agreement and purchase price negotiation.
Research on global industry dynamics and supply chain development trend, collect and analyse competitors' supply chain status, and absorb the advantageous resources.
Assist the Director of international supply chain to manage the department and coordinate the resources.
Assist the international supply chain regional leaders, analyse project costs, and work with international marketing leaders to develop procurement strategies.
Responsible for international supplier quality management, including international supplier quality audit, training, manufacturing process supervision, factory inspection and third-party audit organisation evaluation, selection and management.
Responsible for dealing with international supplier quality issues, using 8D or 5Why analysis to optimise international supplier quality.
Assist in pre-sales, sales and after-sales project requirements, supplier development, negotiation, and signing of business contracts.
