Procurement Specialist
Job purpose
To perform all duties and responsibilities related to contracting & procurement activities needed for AUR.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Operations
communications with company and client personnel through regular visits to each assigned project team to ensure that the services of Procurement meet the needs of the global business unit and its clients.
2. Participating with other department
with other departments in the company for business development efforts, feasibility studies, project planning, and provides support in contract negotiations to give Procurement input, communicate Procurement & Contracts capabilities.
3. Preparing documents
RFP/RFI documents including specifications or requirements as necessary and send out requests for qualifications/ proposals.
4. Identifying, evaluating and maintaining
evaluates and maintains contractors and service providers based on set criteria (price, quality, service support, availability, distribution capabilities, reputation and history, etc.).
5. Listing and Assisting
of qualified contractors and service. Assists with the review of tenders and work with Director of Projects Development.
6. Developing relations
effective working relationship with internal and external clients.
7. Reviewing and handling
and handles the commercial, financial and legal aspects of company procurement at all stages of the project cycle, in consultation with the company’s’ departments as required.

1. العمليات

2. المشاركة مع الأقسام الأخرى
مع الأقسام الأخرى في الشركة لجهود تطوير الأعمال، ودراسات الجدوى، وتخطيط المشاريع، وتقديم الدعم في مفاوضات العقود لإعطاء مدخلات المشتريات، وتوصيل قدرات المشتريات والعقود.
3. إعداد الوثائق
وثائق RFP / RFI بما في ذلك المواصفات أو المتطلبات حسب الضرورة وإرسال طلبات المؤهلات / المقترحات.
4. التحديد والتقييم والصيانة
يقوم بتقييم وصيانة المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات بناءً على معايير محددة (السعر والجودة ودعم الخدمة والتوافر وإمكانيات التوزيع والسمعة والتاريخ وما إلى ذلك).
5. الإدراج والمساعدة
من المقاولين المؤهلين والخدمة. يساعد في مراجعة العطاءات والعمل مع مدير تطوير المشاريع.
6. تطوير العلاقات
علاقة عمل فعالة مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
7. المراجعة والتعامل
ويتعامل مع الجوانب التجارية والمالية والقانونية لمشتريات الشركة في جميع مراحل دورة المشروع، بالتشاور مع أقسام الشركة كما هو مطلوب.
