Commercial Lead

• Develop a comprehensive approach to distribution aligned with TVs overall goals and objective, this will include determining the optimization and prioritization of digital distribution vs other forms of distribution
• Develop a clear pricing and rights strategy for channels distribution
• Ensuring the valuation is up to date and providing guidelines for distribution leads on how to utilize and balance the grant of rights and revenues
• Build a high-performance team, set targets and KPIs, provide coaching and mentorship, conduct performance evaluations to ensure motivation and guarantee the achievements

Technical Sales Engineer

• Identifying and approaching new potential clients. Building rapport with key client contacts 
• Collecting data from clients and following up with them. Conducting project site visits and surveys 
• Supporting engineering design team with preliminary designs. Preparing solar PV simulation reports 
• Preparing detailed BOQs and calculating project savings figures 
• Preparing proposal documents and preliminary project Gantt chart schedules 
• Maintaining company registrations on relevant vendor portals. Updating and maintaining CRM software 
• Creating engaging and informative content for social media platforms 
• Developing and updating marketing presentations and promotional materials 

Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM)

• Execute and develop paid campaigns on Google to achieve monthly goal transactions or revenue. 
• Exposure of working on Search, Shopping, VAC, Performance Max Campaigns 
• Make sure that our Google campaigns are following the digital marketing calendar. 
• Track the performance of the campaigns & analyze the trends and the users' behavior. 
• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of the campaigns performance. 
• Share campaign briefs with the design team to get the required creative for the display. 

New Accounts Manager - 9 Month Contract

• Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
• Be a business partner for new sellers providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on the company
• Work closely with new sellers, educating them about the company’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
• Enable sellers to learn and master the company’s tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards

HR Supervisor/ HRBP

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CIPD or PHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP. 
•  Must have good knowledge of Government requirements and offices (Such as Gosi, Mudad, Taqat, and Saudi Labour Office) 
•  Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles. 
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
