Learning And Development Specialist
Description
Roles:
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and priorities.
Develop and implement the annual training plan including proposing training programs, courses, and vendors..
Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules using multiple instructional techniques and formats.
Participating in designing and managing the execution of the GDP, Leadership programs.
Managing the coordination with the relevant parties to enroll employees in the proposed training courses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and impact through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.
Partner with external training providers, as needed, to supplement internal programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results.
Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Managing GDP programs and Project management skills are a plus
Requirements
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent
Certifications in training and development are a plus.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3 years of experience in the same field
