Job Summary:

Handles the day-to-day work in HR Department including but not limited to: local recruitment, payroll transactions, attendance and overtime records, follow up of employees' performance appraisal and coordinating all training activities within the assigned Hospital/Center including the orientation of new hires. Documents and follows up all activities related to Staff Qualifications and Education (SQE) as stated in the National and International Health care Accreditation Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement process for a specified range of goods to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Assist Commodity Buyers with technical and commercial expertise to enhance their product knowledge and streamline purchasing processes.

Develop a strong foundation of functional skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.

Implement procurement policies to ensure clear communication and adherence to budgets and specifications with suppliers.

Awareness of JCI Standards and any other National Boards for Health Care Accreditation Standards is preferred.

مؤهلات

شهادة البورد أو الماجستير في طب الأسنان (علاج جذور الأسنان).

-خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد درجة الماجستير.
