• Prepare journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Monitor the payment of salaries by the school's payroll provider, liaising with the provider as required.

• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly closings.

• Issuing cheques and payments due to suppliers in accordance with contracts and agreements approved by lithe purchasing department.

• Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.

• إصدار الشيكات والمدفوعات المستحقة للموردين بموجب العقود والاتفاقيات المعتمدة من إدارة المشتريات.

• الحفاظ على ميزان المراجعة، من خلال التوفيق بين دفاتر الأستاذ العام.
