Company Overview:


Lasetech Industrial is a dynamic and growing company , located in Jeddah KSA, specialised in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge medical technologies, with a primary focus on advanced hair removal laser devices. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Procurement and Inventory Manager.
 

Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain relationships with foreign and Local suppliers.
· Conduct negotiations for the procurement of goods, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
· Coordinate with shipping companies to facilitate the smooth importation of goods.
· Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize holding costs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
· Implement and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 

Qualifications:

· Proven experience (1-3 years) in international procurement and inventory management.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
· Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping logistics, and international trade.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
· Proficiency in any purchasing and inventory management software is a plus.

المسؤوليات:

· إنشاء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الموردين الأجانب والمحليين.
· إجراء المفاوضات لشراء السلع، وضمان الأسعار التنافسية والشروط المواتية.
· التنسيق مع شركات الشحن لتسهيل استيراد البضائع بشكل سلس.
· مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتحكم فيها لتحسين المخزون وتقليل تكاليف الاحتفاظ.
· التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف للتنبؤ بالطلب وتخطيط المشتريات وفقًا لذلك.
· تنفيذ وتحسين عمليات الشراء لتعزيز الكفاءة وفعالية التكلفة.
 

مؤهلات:

· خبرة مثبتة (1-3 سنوات) في إدارة المشتريات والمخزون الدولية.
· مهارات تفاوض وتواصل قوية.
· الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثا أمر ضروري.
· الإلمام باللوائح الجمركية ولوجستيات الشحن والتجارة الدولية.
· موجه نحو التفاصيل مع قدرات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة.
· تعتبر الكفاءة في أي برنامج لإدارة المشتريات والمخزون ميزة إضافية.
