About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Real Estate Manager to join our team and take the lead in developing the pipeline of Domino's Pizza Stores in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate new store locations.
Negotiate new tenancy contracts.
Renew existing lease agreements.
Perform site selection and prepare financial and commercial analyses for new locations.
Lead the implementation of the developed mapping strategy.
Established connections with major developers in the Middle East is a significant advantage.
Qualifications:
Saudi Nationality
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, etc.).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the KSA real estate market.
Prior experience in the F&B industry development is highly preferred.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate and proven track record in real estate industry in KSA..
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.

المهام الأساسية:
تخصيص مواقع المتجر الجديدة.

تجديد عقود الإيجار الحالية.
- إجراء اختيار الموقع وإعداد التحليلات المالية والتجارية للمواقع الجديدة.
قيادة تنفيذ استراتيجية رسم الخرائط المطورة.
تعد الاتصالات القائمة مع كبار المطورين في الشرق الأوسط ميزة كبيرة.
مؤهلات:
الجنسية السعودية
درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (العقارات، والأعمال التجارية، وما إلى ذلك).

مهارات تفاوض قوية.
التواصل الفعال ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
