About the job
We are looking for a customer success specialist. As a customer success specialist, your main goal is to provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potential and minimize churn rates. As an advocate for the customer success team, you are trained and empowered to handle all calls, including escalations. We anticipate issues, offer resolutions, and turn not-so-great experiences into unforgettable ones.
The customer success specialist supports sales, products, and technology in establishing and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.
The objectives of this role
● Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
● Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
● Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content, with help from the creative team
● Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
● Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed
