SEN TEACHER
Job Responsibilities:
Develop an annual and quarterly plan for the curriculum according to the content and performance standards.
Manage the educational learning process in accordance with modern learning strategies and effective learning, effectively employing educational tools according to the daily plan.
Develop and design various tests and exams, work on evaluating and measuring students' performance, analyze students' results, read national tests, study, and benefit from them in addressing weaknesses, and complete evaluation and documentation work in a timely and accurate manner.
Deal with all students professionally and fairly, coordinating with the counselling specialist to deal with special and individual cases, and determining their needs for care and follow-up.
Interact and coordinate with various parties to deal with educational problems, work to address them, and communicate with parents.
Skills
Qualifications
Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor's degree in Special Education Needs or any Bachelor's degree with a diploma in SEN, SPED, or Inclusive Education
Experience in Special Education is a must
For non-native English speakers, IELTS is mandatory with at least band 6 rating
Preferably with background in American curriculum
Open to home country experience

تطوير وتصميم الاختبارات والامتحانات المختلفة، والعمل على تقييم وقياس أداء الطلاب، وتحليل نتائج الطلاب، وقراءة الاختبارات الوطنية، ودراستها، والاستفادة منها في معالجة نقاط الضعف، وإتمام أعمال التقييم والتوثيق في الوقت المناسب وبدقة.
التعامل مع جميع الطلاب بمهنية وعدالة، والتنسيق مع أخصائي الإرشاد للتعامل مع الحالات الخاصة والفردية، وتحديد احتياجاتهم من الرعاية والمتابعة.
التفاعل والتنسيق مع الجهات المختلفة للتعامل مع المشكلات التعليمية والعمل على معالجتها والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور.
مؤهلات المهارات
أنثى، 45 سنة وما دون
درجة البكالوريوس في احتياجات التعليم الخاص أو أي درجة بكالوريوس مع دبلوم في SEN أو SPED أو التعليم الشامل
الخبرة في مجال التربية الخاصة أمر لا بد منه
بالنسبة للمتحدثين باللغة الإنجليزية لغير الناطقين بها، يعد اختبار IELTS إلزاميًا بتصنيف 6 على الأقل
ويفضل أن يكون لديه خلفية في المنهج الأمريكي
