Chef de Partie (CDP):
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
- Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creativity in menu development and presentation.
Commis:
- Previous experience as a Commis in an Italian kitchen.
- Basic culinary education or relevant training.
- Knowledge of Italian cooking methods and ingredients.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Bakery Chef:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, with a focus on Italian baked goods.
- Specialized training in pastry and bakery techniques.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian baking methods.
- Creative skills in designing and decorating baked goods.
- Ability to manage and organize the pastry section efficiently.
Helper:
- Previous experience as a kitchen helper or assistant.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks, including food preparation and cleaning.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn from experienced kitchen staff.
Transfer Iqama:
- Valid and transferable Iqama (residency permit) for Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in the specified role with a reputable establishment.
- Clear understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Good conduct and professional work history.
- Willingness to transfer sponsorship.
