Job Purpose Summary:

 The Project Manager is to ensure the Design, Engineering and Construction departments and any outside services providers to the project are delivering the necessary services as per the relevant contracts and that the project is designed on time, within budget and as per the requirements as stipulated in the contract documents. He / She will also be responsible in ensuring that timely and effective management of contractual, procedural, technical, regulatory, reporting, budgeting, interface, changes and cross departmental issues are correctly carried out

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead, Manage, Execute, Monitor and successfully Deliver Build, Architectural and Engineering design related projects (from beginning to end)

Overall control and project management of the Project Team for the successful execution of the project

Participate in the Bidding process for new Projects and assist the Business Development manager

Take ownership and full control over Project Contract, Scope, Payment milestones and all Deliverables

Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for projects to determine work packages, resources and materials required

Create detailed Project Schedules showing time and effort required to deliver the project

  Responsibilities and tasks

مدير الإنتاج لمصنع البلاستيك هو المسؤول عن تنظيم ومراقبة جميع عمليات الإنتاج داخل المصنع لتحقيق المخرجات من حيث الكمية والنوعية والجودة والتكلفة، مما يضمن عملية تصنيع فعالة تلبي متطلبات العملاء وفي إطار معايير السلامة العامة والتأكد من سير العمل وفق الخطط والميزانيات.

  المسؤوليات والمهام

تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج بالكميات والمواصفات القياسية حسب المعدلات المطلوبة وفي المواعيد المحددة.

تخطيط وجدولة عمليات الإنتاج للتأكد من توفر المصادر والمواد الرئيسية في المصنع.

تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الموازنات الخاصة بالعملية الإنتاجية.

تحديد الموارد اللازمة مثل حجم العمالة والمواد الخام وكافة متطلبات العملية الإنتاجية والإشراف على طلبات الصرف وشراء المواد.
