About the job
Job Description
Responsible for analysing and providing assessment of relevant public policies and their implications to SHEIN’s business interests in Saudi Arabia. He/she will also work with the Senior Director to manage the company’s public policy positions in the Middle East.
Work with the Senior Director and other relevant SHEIN departments to develop and drive stakeholder engagement strategies, as well as take the lead in executing and managing policy engagements in the Middle East.
Responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and translating stakeholder and policy engagements into tangible commercial outcomes to advance SHEIN’s market access and to ensure the successful running of SHEIN’s business operations in the region.
Plan, organize and manage SHEIN’s various stakeholder engagement platforms in the Middle East, in support of the objective to expand and enhance our engagements/collaborations with key stakeholders from various backgrounds such as political/regulatory stakeholders, media, civil society, industry associations and other public arenas.

العمل مع المدير الأول وإدارات SHEIN الأخرى ذات الصلة لتطوير وقيادة استراتيجيات مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة، بالإضافة إلى أخذ زمام المبادرة في تنفيذ وإدارة ارتباطات السياسة في الشرق الأوسط.
مسؤول عن تعزيز الشراكات الإستراتيجية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وترجمة مشاركات أصحاب المصلحة والسياسة إلى نتائج تجارية ملموسة لتعزيز وصول SHEIN إلى الأسواق ولضمان الإدارة الناجحة لعمليات SHEIN التجارية في المنطقة.
تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة منصات مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة المختلفة في SHEIN في الشرق الأوسط، لدعم الهدف المتمثل في توسيع وتعزيز مشاركاتنا/تعاوننا مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين من خلفيات مختلفة مثل أصحاب المصلحة السياسيين/التنظيميين ووسائل الإعلام والمجتمع المدني والجمعيات الصناعية وغيرها الساحات العامة.
