About the job
Description of the role:

• Expert in preparing RFP and all activities for tendering stag.

BoQ (Bill of Quantities) elements and scope are taken into consideration for inclusion within the tende •

• Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals for PMC Projects.

• Deep Knowledge of KSA government Tenders and Procurement law.

•Preparing BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified alltogether, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal advisor.

• Coordinating in preparing initial design drawings

• Preparing method statements for execution of BOQ items

• Prepare the final proposal c/w special commercial & technical terms & clarifications.

Tender/Bid Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Be Active part of the Technical Office in preparing and coordinate tender.

 Assist in Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals for PMC Projects.

Deep Knowledge of KSA government Tenders and Procurement law.

Expert in managing electronic portal like Etimad or Ariba in KSA

Assist in Preparing & Evaluating list of available bidding opportunities to decide which will be joined.

Preparing site visit report after exploring site condition & surroundings.

Participate in Reviewing & study bid document in order to verify the availability of sufficient information.

Participate in Reviewing BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified all together, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal advisor.

للدور:

• خبير في إعداد طلب تقديم العروض وجميع أنشطة تقديم العطاءات للأيل.

يتم أخذ عناصر ونطاق BoQ (فاتورة الكميات) في الاعتبار لإدراجها في الاتجاه •

• إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية لمشاريع PMC.

• المعرفة العميقة بقانون المشتريات والمناقصات الحكومية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

•إعداد BOQ، رسومات العطاء، والمواصفات، والشروط الخاصة والعامة التي يجب التحقق منها إجمالاً، بالتنسيق مع مدير العقد أو المستشار القانوني.

• التنسيق في إعداد رسومات التصميم الأولية

• إعداد بيانات الطريقة لتنفيذ بنود BOQ

• إعداد الاقتراح النهائي ج/ث الشروط والإيضاحات التجارية والفنية الخاصة.

المسؤوليات:

خبير في إدارة البوابة الإلكترونية مثل اعتماد أو أريبا في المملكة العربية السعودية

المساعدة في إعداد وتقييم قائمة فرص العطاءات المتاحة لتحديد أي منها سيتم الانضمام إليه.

إعداد تقرير زيارة الموقع بعد استكشاف حالة الموقع والمناطق المحيطة به.

المشاركة في مراجعة ودراسة وثيقة العطاء للتأكد من توفر المعلومات الكافية.

المشاركة في مراجعة جداول الكميات ورسومات العطاء والمواصفات والشروط الخاصة والعامة التي يجب التحقق منها معًا، بالتنسيق مع مسؤول العقد أو المستشار القانوني.
