About the job
Job Role :
Responsible for interpreting and analyzing alerts from devices detections systems,
security intelligence devices like IDS and IPS, firewall logs, application logs, network flow data, and other relevant sources.
End-to-end security incident triage, alerting the respective team and providing
contextual information for attack medication and remediation.
Taking ownership of the security incidents until the issue is resolved and invoking
the corresponding escalation process.
Undertake holistic analysis of security data to identify control weaknesses and gaps and make recommendations for mitigation.
Qualifications
• ITIL foundations (nice to have not essential)
• Min 3-4 years working as a Security Operations Centre L2 Analyst. preferably with an SI, MSP, or Vendor.
• Working knowledge of technology and security topics including network security, wireless security, application security, application infrastructure, web server, and database security

الدور الوظيفي :
مسؤول عن تفسير وتحليل التنبيهات الصادرة عن أنظمة اكتشاف الأجهزة.
أجهزة الاستخبارات الأمنية مثل IDS وIPS، وسجلات جدار الحماية، وسجلات التطبيقات، وبيانات تدفق الشبكة، والمصادر الأخرى ذات الصلة.
فرز الحوادث الأمنية بشكل شامل، وتنبيه الفريق المعني وتوفيرها
معلومات سياقية عن علاج الهجوم وعلاجه.
تحمل ملكية الأحداث الأمنية حتى يتم حل المشكلة واستدعاءها
عملية التصعيد المقابلة.
إجراء تحليل شامل للبيانات الأمنية لتحديد نقاط الضعف والثغرات في التحكم وتقديم توصيات للتخفيف منها.
مؤهلات
• أسس ITIL (من الجيد أن لا تكون ضرورية)
• الحد الأدنى 3-4 سنوات من العمل كمحلل L2 في مركز العمليات الأمنية. ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع SI أو MSP أو البائع.
• معرفة عملية بموضوعات التكنولوجيا والأمن بما في ذلك أمن الشبكات، والأمن اللاسلكي، وأمن التطبيقات، والبنية التحتية للتطبيقات، وخادم الويب، وأمن قاعدة البيانات
