Lead Structural Engineer

About the job

We are looking for Lead Structural Engineer at Albawani with more than 14 Yrs of Experience in our Riyadh Office. The position may involve traveling.

Responsibilities:

· Follow daily and weekly meetings and report back to Head with conclusion and status to determine acting plan and further corrective actions required.

· Perusing work performance of structural team and compliance with project requirements 

· Discuss thoroughly all the progress of the project with the Head of Department and raise reports as required.

· Study and apply principles, standards, codes and proper practice.

· Assign knowledgeable Engineers under his team to handle a project.

· Supervise, evaluate and manage all the Engineer / Draftsman under his team.

· Attend meetings with the Consultant and Client to assist senior engineers to solve technical and construction issues.

· Keep in sight of all project and coordinate to all disciplines of the project.

· Monitors the quality of all the drawings based on the Al Bawani Drafting Guidelines & Shop Drawing Checklist.

· Designate work assignments/ tasks for project technical team and follow actions and result to achieve objectives and evaluate product and team performances. 

· Lead and provide technical support to his team to solve all technical issues.

· Review and Reply all the letters from the Client and Consultant and assist Dept. Head to prepare draft letters and recommendation reports. 

· Strong personality and command to Lead technical team with high skill in communication performance with project representatives / stakeholders with strong base of knowledge and understanding the contract and risk management to preserve company rights.

عن العمل

نحن نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي رئيسي في البواني يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 14 عامًا في مكتبنا بالرياض. قد يتضمن الموقف السفر.

المسؤوليات:

· متابعة الاجتماعات اليومية والأسبوعية وتقديم تقرير إلى الرئيس يتضمن الاستنتاج والحالة لتحديد خطة العمل والإجراءات التصحيحية الإضافية المطلوبة.

· الاطلاع على أداء عمل الفريق الهيكلي ومدى مطابقته لمتطلبات المشروع 

· مناقشة شاملة للتقدم المحرز في المشروع مع رئيس القسم ورفع التقارير كما هو مطلوب.

· دراسة وتطبيق المبادئ والمعايير والقوانين والممارسات السليمة.

· تعيين مهندسين ذوي خبرة ضمن فريقه للتعامل مع المشروع.

· الإشراف على وتقييم وإدارة جميع المهندسين/الرسامين ضمن فريقه.

· حضور الاجتماعات مع الاستشاري والعميل لمساعدة كبار المهندسين على حل المشكلات الفنية والإنشائية.

· متابعة كافة المشروعات والتنسيق مع كافة تخصصات المشروع.

· يراقب جودة جميع الرسومات بناءً على إرشادات الصياغة الخاصة بالبواني وقائمة مراجعة رسومات المتجر.

· تعيين مهام / مهام العمل للفريق الفني للمشروع ومتابعة الإجراءات والنتائج لتحقيق الأهداف وتقييم أداء المنتج والفريق. 

· قيادة وتقديم الدعم الفني لفريقه لحل جميع المشكلات الفنية.

· مراجعة جميع الرسائل الواردة من العميل والاستشاري والرد عليها ومساعدة رئيس القسم في إعداد مسودات الرسائل وتقارير التوصيات. 

· شخصية قوية وقيادة لقيادة الفريق الفني الذي يتمتع بمهارة عالية في أداء الاتصال مع ممثلي المشروع / أصحاب المصلحة الذين يتمتعون بقاعدة قوية من المعرفة وفهم العقد وإدارة المخاطر للحفاظ على حقوق الشركة.
