Environmental Health & Safety Executive

• Ensure adequate safety measures are taken during equipment maintenance to safeguard personnel & equipment.
• Help in implementing safe ways of working in engineering.
• To carry out special projects as and when assigned.
• Investigates accidents and/or incidents of injury or property damage at site to ascertain cause and need for corrective action; develops and implements measures and strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to meet long-range loss-reduction goals; advises departments as to the keeping of rec.
• Conduct regular safety and fire drills.

Product Manager

• Defines the range of problems facing the brand team in private & tender sectors in Saudi market, prioritize, conducts research, analyzes, and communicates insight to sales & marketing teams.
• Utilizes statistical methods to draw conclusions.
• Offers insight to influence sales / key accounts.
• Tracks and analyses Brand/competitor performance, initiatives and their key growth drivers and recommends actions.

Internal Auditor

• Contribute in identifying and evaluating the Company’s risk areas and provide key input to the development of the annual audit plan.
• Support in performing internal audit activities including planning, field work, reporting and wrap up.
• Support in maintaining the audit file by gathering and organizing supporting evidence. Also Conduct interviews and prepare working papers.
• Ensure completion of assignments/tasks provided as per timeline.

Mechanical Technician

• Maintenance and repair jobs, fabrication and technical support.
• To contribute fully hands-on for production engineering collaborated projects like new products, process development, engineering development and operational and engineering trials.
• To observe all applicable QA/cGMP guidelines to perform each and every action and job with respect to all responsibilities.
• To Perform fully hands on Reactive Maintenance and Troubleshooting on the Pharma Production Equipment Floor. This encircles all areas of all sites of Jamjoom Pharma. However, as Focused Contribution in your currently designated area(s) as per departmental instruction.
• To manage and consistently maintain all the records timely and effectively like Maintenance SOPs, Checklist, Notification and Orders.

Finance Business Partner – Factory

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and must have MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA etc. 
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the same field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 Years working experience in Costing.
• Experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing.
• SAP ERP System experience is a plus.

Quality Assurance Sr. Executive

• Review the batch record and identify any incomplete data and calculations, ensure that its content is completed and all process complies with the approved procedures.
• Check that any OOS, NCMR / Deviation, Change request related to the batch are recorded,investigated and disposed properly.
• Supervise QA In-process team for line Clearance, In-process checks and shop floor activities.

Executive Secretary - KSA

• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attending meetings and keep minutes.
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

Accounts Executive Factory

• Bachelor degree in accounting or any other acceptable professional Accounting & Finance degree.
• Worked for a minimum of 2-3 years for manufacturing company in a computerized environment. (ERP experience is an advantage)
• To establish and maintain effective working environment & communicate effectively with all concerned persons.
• Communication through email with internal and external customers.

Sterile Manufacturing Executive

• Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing process.(Includes Compounding, CIP/ SIP system, Autoclave and Sterile Filtration Process.
• Follow and implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct routine process evaluation and provide input for the operational excellence.

Medical Representative - East

• To ensure the achievement of objectives of the work cycle drawn up by the Immediate Superior and approved in accordance with the applicable procedure.
• To adhere to the activity strategy defined by the Sales and Marketing Managers.
• To represent the Company in accordance with the Company’s values and objectives.
• To carry out the plan of daily customer visits accordingly to the Company requirements.

• Saudi Nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Experience minimum one year as medical representative.
