The Specialist Health & Safety supports safe and compliant operations across aluminum facilities by implementing, monitoring, and improving Health & Safety programs. The role ensures alignment with MSHEM requirements, Saudi regulatory obligations, and recognized international best practices, with a strong focus on risk management, compliance assurance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.
يدعم أخصائي الصحة والسلامة العمليات الآمنة والمتوافقة داخل مرافق الألومنيوم من خلال تنفيذ ومراقبة وتحسين برامج الصحة والسلامة. ويضمن الدور التوافق مع متطلبات MSHEM والالتزامات التنظيمية السعودية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية المعترف بها، مع التركيز على إدارة المخاطر وضمان الامتثال ومنع الحوادث والتحسين المستمر.
Key Accountabilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
MSHEM Compliance & Governance | الامتثال والحوكمة وفق MSHEM
- Promote and maintain compliance with MSHEM procedures.
- Support audit and assurance activities in line with MSHEM.
- Monitor, track, and drive closure of non-conformances, findings, and corrective actions using approved Maaden EHS systems.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety documentation, records, and compliance evidence for internal and external audits.

- Conduct and support structured risk assessments.
- Apply the Hierarchy of Controls to reduce exposure to Serious Injury and Fatality risks.
- Review operational documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and work plans.
- Verify that hazards, controls, and responsibilities are clearly defined and implemented.
- Conduct field verification and inspections to confirm controls are practical, in place, and consistently followed.
