Arabic Teacher

Role: Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction to native and non-native speakers within multigrade and multilevel classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Arabic in alignment with Saudi national curriculum objectives and the IB framework.
  • Plan and differentiate lessons for combined classes of native and non-native speakers.
  • Support Islamic Studies and KSA Studies when required.
  • Adapt teaching methods for multigrade settings with guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Early Years Support Staff (PreK & Kindergarten)

Role: Assist teachers in classroom instruction, small-group learning, and student wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily classroom activities, including literacy, numeracy, phonics, and play-based learning.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives.
  • Maintain routines, promote positive behavior, and support student engagement.
  • Provide care for children’s hygiene, safety, and personal needs as required.
  • Help create a calm, stimulating, and safe learning environment.

Nursery Support Staff

Role: Work alongside Nursery Teachers to support the care, safety, and daily routines of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with feeding, nappy changes, clothing, and nap supervision.
  • Support teacher-led educational and play-based activities.
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Aid in small-group or individual support as directed by the teacher.

School Counsellor

Role: Support student wellbeing, emotional development, and learning barriers, with a focus on Early Years and Primary students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Conduct crisis intervention and social-emotional learning lessons.
  • Utilize frameworks such as RULER for emotional intelligence development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student growth.
