The MOH Tender Support Specialist supports tender-related operations by resolving pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, expiries, MOH medical supplies, and NUPCO warehouses across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities | المهام الرئيسية
- Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries.
- Support coordination with MOH medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses across the kingdom.
- Assist the Bid Manager and team in creating ASN in the INUPCO system.
- Manage appointment awareness and support delivery scheduling.
- Attend deliveries and ensure receipts are granted for goods from MOH and NUPCO warehouses.
- Visit medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries.
- Take appointments from medical supplies in the area before the end of each quarter.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of MOH and marketplace purchase orders.

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for inventory accuracy, control, and governance across warehouse operations. The role ensures strong alignment between system records and physical stock, disciplined counting routines, and compliant handling of adjustments and scrap.

- Select the right items and lots for cycle counting and spot checks.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate cycle counts, reconciliations, and spot audits.
- Work with inbound and outbound operations to ensure execution quality and minimal disruption.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data-driven follow-up.
