- Resolve and support complicated collection cases.
- Perform dispute root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions from an end-to-end perspective.
- Carry out first collection contact physically when required by local procedures.
- Handle transactional tasks for accounts retained under FL responsibility.
- Route dispute management cases for agreed retained accounts.
- Record invoice disputes into the collection and dispute management solution.
- Initiate and follow dispute management workflows by dispatching disputes to relevant business teams for resolution.
