We pride ourselves in building a billion-dollar team with a strong feeling of ownership. We are seeking to hire a GM for our Saudi expansion. This person should be passionate about democratizing investing, capable of leading discussions with the Capital Market Authority in Saudi Arabia, and able to build and oversee business operations. Your day-to-day will involve:

Liaising with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to acquire a dealing and custody license with the support of Thndr's team. This involves coordinating with the CMA to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtaining the necessary licenses for Thndr's operations in Saudi Arabia

Owning and managing Thndr's relationship with the regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia. This includes maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with the relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and keeping abreast of any regulatory changes that may impact Thndr's operations

Building and expanding Thndr's team and business operations in Saudi Arabia. This involves identifying and recruiting regulatory required positions, developing a strong team culture, and overseeing the growth and development of Thndr's business operations in the country

Taking responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Saudi entity. This entails monitoring financial performance, analyzing revenue and expense trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability

Outlining the path to profitability for the Saudi entity. This involves developing a strategic roadmap and action plan to achieve sustainable profitability, considering factors such as market conditions, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints

Developing new business relationships to expand Thndr's presence and reach in the Saudi market. This includes identifying potential partners, clients, and stakeholders, negotiating partnerships or collaborations, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships to drive business growth

Overseeing day-to-day operations of Thndr in Saudi Arabia. This includes monitoring operational activities, ensuring the smooth execution of business processes, addressing any operational challenges or issues that may arise, and optimizing operational efficiency
