As a Sales Executive, you will primarily be responsible for engaging with clients, generating new leads, and promoting our products/services. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement and Lead Generation:**
- Visit clients on-site to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. **Sales and Negotiation:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
4. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Other Requirements:**
- Valid driving license and own transportation.
- Ability to transfer sponsorship immediately if necessary.
