1. Fit Out Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Interior Design / fit out and build industry in KSA, Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fitout projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. ↔
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee procurement and manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or modifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out projects within the interior design and build industry.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, focusing on team development and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and their application in fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years posted graduate.
- Senior-level finishing experience.
- An impressive portfolio and several years working as fitout experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- In-depth understanding of CAD, Revit software.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع ذو مهارات عالية وخبرة واسعة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في صناعة التصميم الداخلي / التشطيبات والبناء في المملكة العربية السعودية، الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن إدارة مشاريع التشطيبات، وضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
المسؤوليات:
- التخطيط وإدارة مشاريع التشطيبات من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع وقيود الميزانية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
- الإشراف على عمليات الشراء وإدارة المقاولين لضمان جودة العمل والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف بشكل استباقي.
- الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء لتقديم تحديثات المشروع ومعالجة أي مخاوف أو تعديلات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحية والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير المشروع المنتظمة للإدارة العليا، مع تسليط الضوء على المعالم الرئيسية والتحديات والحلول المقترحة.
- قيادة وتحفيز وتوجيه فرق المشروع لتعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية وذات أداء عالي.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير مشروع في مشاريع التشطيبات في صناعة التصميم الداخلي والبناء.
- فهم قوي لعمليات التشطيبات والمواد ومنهجيات البناء.
- مهارات إدارة مشاريع ممتازة، مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام بفعالية وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت.
- قدرات قيادية متميزة، مع التركيز على تطوير الفريق وتحسين الأداء.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية استثنائية، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- معرفة جيدة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة وتطبيقها في مشاريع التشطيبات.
- إتقان برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع للتخطيط وإعداد الميزانيات وإعداد التقارير.
المهارات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج.
- خبرة في التشطيبات على مستوى متقدم.
- محفظة قوية وعدة سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التشطيبات.
- مهارات قيادة واتصال ممتازة.
- مهارات شخصية وشبكات متميزة.
- دقيق ومحلل بدرجة عالية.
- فهم معمق لبرامج CAD وRevit.
