Misk Schools has announced many vacant job opportunities in different specialties, according to the details in the following announcement

1- Receptionist

Primary objective:

  • The receptionist's primary responsibility is to act as the initial point of contact for telephone callers and visitors, providing administrative support to the office team. They make the safeguarding and well-being of all students their number one priority and follow the school’s statutory policies.

Areas of responsibility:

  • answer incoming telephone calls courteously and put them through to the requested staff members or the appropriate staff according to the assistance required by the callers
  • receive and greet visitors to the school warmly and provide them with the appropriate information and assistance
  • be aware of and effectively implement emergency and evacuation procedures as required
  • be fully aware of the school’s Health and Safety policies
  • manage the accurate collation of attendance records on iSAMS
  • manage the accurate input of information onto the Noor system
  • provide administrative support to the School office
  • undertake any other reasonable requests by the Principal or other Line Manager


2- Office Manager

Primary objective:

  • To support the principal in all administrative aspects of school life and operations. Ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Areas of responsibility:

  • offer day to day support to the principal as required at the time
  • arrange the principal’s calendar
  • run the isams daily attendance report
  • track and record students absences
  • track and record student departures
  • place school orders, track and follow up on purchasing requests
  • raise quotations/invoices
  • ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • oversee the textbook system (quantities needed, quantities received, stock)
  • ensure the smooth logistical arrangements of school events
  • liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • oversee the printing and safe storage of school certificates
  • oversee the organisation of students files
  • manage the academic calendars
  • manage the weekly principal letter
  • work closely with marketing department to ensure accurate and professional communication
  • process translation requests
  • organise the weekly notices
  • attend slta meetings and record the agenda items
  • schedule meetings and appointments
  • provide general support to visitors
  • facilitate communication between departments
  • line Manages administrative staff as determined by the principal.
