Job Details – Imports Specialist

The Imports Specialist will manage full-cycle import operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs regulations and smooth coordination with international stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with strong logistics experience and knowledge of food & beverage regulations.

  • Oversee end-to-end import processes including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with trade laws and Saudi regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle key documents such as commercial invoices, COO, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) for approvals and product registration.

Job Details – Material Planner

The Material Planner will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and ensuring product availability across the Saudi market. This position requires strong analytical thinking and expertise in ERP systems.

  • Monitor raw material stock levels to optimize cash flow and meet targets.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on material requirements.
  • Identify and resolve stock shortages to avoid production delays.
  • Generate weekly reports on at-risk materials and supply gaps.
  • Utilize SAP ECC & APO systems for planning and forecasting.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Commercial disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning or import operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
